Project 365: 19th-25th June

19th June- AB helping his dad make the mince for the spaghetti sauce.

20th June- Road trip to Albury. RB near the water dragon at the Lockhart toilet stop. (iphone)

21st June- Someone found the leftover ganache in the fridge. (iphone)

22nd June- RB and EB sharing reader time.

23rd June- EB was quiet and so it took some time finding her. She'd made herself comfy in bub's bed. Mental note: must keep that door closed when bub is actually in in bed.

24th June- New addition to the house, Banjo the dog. Yes, it is crazy to get a new puppy two weeks before we are due to have a new baby, but really there is method to our madness. Promise.

25th June- Reason for the new addition to the house, to give Diesel a playmate and hopefully encourage him not to jump the farm fences and play chicken with the trucks out the front of our place. Time will tell.

Project 365: 12th-18th June

All iphone photos this week. Things were a little all over the place with sick little people, but we still managed to get a photo in each day. Just!

12th June-  Family movie night. Love the expression on NB's face. I want to tell him it's all going to be ok and it's just a movie!

13th June-  Killing time waiting for the Dr at casualty. EB had battled a fever all long weekend and had an atrocious cough. Steroids and antibiotics later, she seems to be on the mend.

14th June-  Really pretty sunset on the way home from soccer. Yep, taken out the window of the car (car was stopped though. I feel I should mention that as I know my Mum will be reading this!).

15th June-  AB's class has been working on information reports. This was his finished product. Very proud parent moment as he had worked very hard on this, and had read it out at the assembly the week before.

16th June-  RB brought this gorgeous camellia to me the other night at the inlaws' place. Sometimes the littlest gestures mean the most, especially when exhausted at the end of a long day.

17th June-  Felt like a 'proper mum' when I made playdough for EB. She played with it ALL day, including this entertaining game of hat playdough.

18th June-  Hello Saturday. Ballet, tap and soccer every Saturday. Goodness knows what our Saturdays are going to look like in a couple more years time!

Project 365: 5th -11th June

5th June- AB helping remove carpet in his bedroom.

6th June- This was how NB found this mouse in the trap. It was deceased, but was frozen in the most jaunty position he had to show me, despite my ridiculous phobia.

7th June- The beautiful rainbow painting EB created at daycare. Those at daycare know of her love for green paint, and friends on Facebook would know of her love for blue paint, so this was a big moment in her artistic career.

8th June- New carpet in, and the boys are making the best use of AB's room for activity space.

9th June- A different view of the giant bunya pine out the front of our place.

10th June- Spending time with EB in the fairy garden, whilst testing out one of my older lenses to see if I could justify buying a new one!

11th June- Yesterday, EB bought this vet hospital set with her birthday money (thanks Zia!). RB's face lit up then fell when she realised it wasn't for her, RB has professed for a year now she wants to be a vet when she leaves school (not bad for a 5 yr old).  She has been playing with it all day today though, EB quickly lost interest this morning and was onto the next thing.

Project 365: 29th May-4th June

29th May- NB's fabulous Uncle came out a couple of weeks ago and carved out an awesome bike track down the back, complete with some sweet jumps. AB was testing them out, they got a big tick of approval.

30th May- I bought a new little gadget, a remote trigger for the camera. Good fun.

31st May- Shows what a difference a week makes. This is the tree that NB and I took our picture in front of last week. Glad I seized the opportunity when I did.

1st June- RB brought home this reader this week and managed to nut out the whole thing on her own. I absolutely loved watching her do this. The Mum in me was over the moon proud of her, and the teacher in me is so impressed with all the different decoding strategies she is learning at school.

2nd June- AB's favourite show at the moment is 'Deal or No Deal'. Here, he and his dad are watching a Nanna blow all her winnings, hilarious. (iphone)

3rd June- This is how EB was watching a movie. On the piano, complete with her mobile phone (NB's old one) just in case anyone needed to contact her.

4th June- Still love the fact that trains come right through the middle of town. (iphone)
