Three Generations, One Great Day!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing this wonderful family on their gorgeous property. They were absolutely fantastic to work with and made my job easy. There were so many gorgeous spots to use as backgrounds, we were spoilt for choice.

Sharing some stories about when he used to drive this very car!

Thank you so much for a terrific afternoon, and your wonderful feedback.

Tummy Time!

Recently I visited a lovely friend who is expecting her first baby. She was kind enough to let me take some photos of her absolutely stunning belly. I love the fact that even the dog has a smile in the photo! Thank you A & D, for trusting me to capture this special time in your lives. I cannot wait to meet the little one!

Gorgeous Baby Girl!

Last week I rang a friend and bullied her into letting me take photos of her beautiful baby girl.

She was so well behaved and put up with alot of moving around. The little princess even went to sleep with only a little encouragement from her Mum.

So precious!

Thank you D, for letting me into your home, and for being a gorgeous model yourself!

I really appreciate your support.

Catchup and Photo Session all in one...

The light under the trees was amazing by the time I shot this fabulous family.

Both the girls took direction brilliantly, it was as if they had been practising!

R, you really are one lucky man.

3 beautiful ladies!

One terrific family!

Thank you R & K, I had a brilliant time with you lot, and hope to catch up again soon.

Living Dolls

These little ladies really are living dolls. Absolutely stunning. They were not shy at all and we just wanted to take them home!

The eyes, the cheeks! Just divine.

Future model?

K & K were great sports and we took advantage of the great light down by the lake.

We had a wonderful time and got some lovely shots of the whole family.

K & K, thank you for sharing your stunning family.

Good times by the lake...

Beautiful sunny morning in Canberra, spent with a beautiful family.

These guys were absolutely amazing. They were open to loads of different ideas, which made the whole session run so smoothly.

Their little bloke really came into his own when we got the bubbles out. He loved them!

SW says her son is a 'Daddy's boy', but we caught some pretty gorgeous Mummy Moments...

Thank you GW, SW & PJW. You were fantastic.

Winery Session

This terrific family took me out to a local winery for their photo session. As I'd never been past the cellar door before, this was a really interesting opportunity for me.

There were so many great locations within the front gates, we could have stayed all day!

Great parents, gorgeous kids, lots of variety, and good fun. What more can you ask for?

Thank you K, B, J & J for a lovely morning.

3 cheeky monkeys!

A few weeks ago I had the fun job of capturing these three gorgeous children. Our families have been friends since we moved here, and the little ones get along really well together. The light down the back of our place was amazing that day, so CL and I swapped children for an hour. She entertained mine inside (who were busting to play with their mates) and I took photos of hers (who were also busting to play with their mates!).

Her big brown eyes get me every time!

I just love this photo, it reminds me of an album cover!

We managed to get some great shots of them not just individually, but together as well, which as a mum of three myself, I know is the real challenge!

They were absolute giggle-pots for most of the shoot, which was good fun.

Thank you H, M & E for being terrific models, and thank you CL for your continued support and advertising of Kurrabunya Photography.

Amazing colour

This past week I have had the opportunity to get out and capture some of the amazing colours of spring.

Most of these beautiful flowers are from my inlaws' front garden.

The last couple are from a tree out the front of our place which NB had planned to cut down. Neither of us realised it would produce such amazing colour. The chainsaw has been put back into the shed, at least for now...

Good people, good times

October long weekend, we were in Canberra and managed to spend some time with some of our favourite people. During this time I was lucky enough to take some shots of a wonderful extended family.

11 people, including 5 little ones, Canberra weather (yep, rain) and a gorgeous location. All in all, lots of laughs and a great opportunity for me.

Thanks to STS & CS for setting it all up, and to your terrific extended family for making the morning loads of fun.

Your support of Kurrabunya Photography is truly appreciated.

Anyone for Figs?

Last weekend I visited Tony C to take some shots of his amazing fig setup. Even though the fruit was at the early stages, the colours were absolutely amazing. Tony and Stacey were brilliant to work with, and the shoot was alot of fun.  I also got a few shots of his peach trees, which really came up well. This was my first commercial shoot and must have been ok, because Tony's distributer company have bought three of the images and want me to go back and take some more shots when the fruit is ready!

Pretty exciting times for Kurrabunya Photography. Thanks so much to Tony and Stacey for thinking of me.
